• I hereby certify that I am a TANDBERG customer and this is a TANDBERG customer site.
• All current and new users MUST register for the TANDBERG Connections Program by submitting this form.
• Once the user has registered and agreed to the program guidelines, an email will be sent indicating confirmation of registration. The email will contain an authorization code necessary to view the VFT schedule and to sign-up for a VFT.
• To ensure that as many participants have an opportunity to access FREE VFTs through the TANDBERG Connections Program, each school will be allowed to register for two VFTs per semester on a space availability basis.
• TANDBERG is NOT responsible for any bridging fees that may be incurred should the content provider and/or participant not have the appropriate network to accommodate the VFT connection.
• The TANDBERG Connections Program WILL BE responsible for covering the content program fees assessed by providers.
• Each VFT offered through the TANDBERG Connections program will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• When registering for a VFT, all information requested is required. Registrations will NOT be accepted unless all fields are completed.
• All VFTs require registration to be submitted by the posted deadline.
• After receipt of user registration, the TANDBERG Connections Program system will provide an email confirmation of VFT participation within 48 hours.
